  • I have never lifted. Is that OK?

    Yes. Most members had not. Strength Foundations teaches the basic lifts slowly, with light weights.

  • What should I bring?

    Comfortable clothes, flat shoes and water. Mats, blocks and towels are here.

  • How do I book?

    Online, from the timetable or the Free Class page. Each class has 8 spots.
